Fit ‘n’ Furry Pet Resort is an outstanding pet care facility in the North Bay conveniently located off Hwy. 101 in beautiful Petaluma, CA. This is a fun place to bring your dogs, cats and birds for the best of services! Our friendly staff is here to serve you and your pets seven days a week! (After hours pick up and drop off are also available.) Our loving and expert staff are all pet industry professionals; many of them have previous experience as veterinary technicians, dog trainers as well as groomers!

Daily activities are what set us apart from other facilities. It’s all about the fun! During the day, your pets are kept busy away from their rooms (just like summer camp) and are involved with staff and other guests in play groups, nature walks, focus plays, furry rubs, afternoon movies, bedtime story and tuck-ins, gourmet treat time (special flavor each month) or visiting the Furry Spa for a relaxing bath and nail trim. We also have monthly themed events for your pets’ entertainment which coincide with seasonal holidays such as Turkey Time for Canines, Valentine’s Pupcake Party, St. Paddy Paws Day with green doggie beer with corned beef hash and our Cinco de Canine Furry Fun Fiesta; all the guests are pictured and filmed then star on our Fit ‘n’ Furry Face Book page!

We offer lodging for our canine guests in luxury suites, mini suites or standard rooms and, no matter which activity package you choose, every room comes with three daily trips to an elimination area as well as a comprehensive wellness check to give you peace of mind. We also have spacious kitty condos for our feline friends! Each kitty gets their own personal stretch and playtime out of their condo every day. We have a full service Furry Spa (grooming) for dogs and cats, supervised Doggie Daycare plus Dog Training with positive and proven methods. We regularly offer dog training evaluations (a $95 value) for FREE!

Our facility is state of the art, comfort controlled and well ventilated plus we have the distinction of receiving Petaluma’s first Green Building certificate. In addition, we were recently awarded first place for Best Pet Groomer and Best Pet Care Facility by the Petaluma People’s Choice!
